He was born on September 7, 1935, in Baltimore, MD, the son of the late Kenneth and Sylvia Brooks Bost.
Mr. Bost was a member of Rocky Point Baptist Church. He loved his church family and was involved in many church activities including serving as a Deacon. Mr. Bost was a veteran of the US Navy and was retired from Thompson Steel Co. in Baltimore, MD, where he worked for almost forty years. He was also an avid fisherman.
Surviving is his wife, Shirley A. Bost; one son, Kevin Bost; and one sister, Joyce Matthai.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Thursday, March 5, 2009, at Andrews Mortuary Market Street Chapel.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Friday at Andrews Mortuary Market Street Chapel by Rev. Ryan Minkler. Entombment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum.
