Donna graduated from Cony High School of Augusta in 1966.
She was employed by the Internal Revenue Service in Augusta as a tax examiner for 20 years. She was previously employed by the MASH team (Drs. Melindy, Aslam, Shaw, and Halperin) for nine years. Before that, she worked as a head teller at Bank of Maine for eight years and she worked at the University of Maine at Augusta for three years.
Donna was a member of St. Michael Parish at St. Augustine Catholic Church.
Her parents preceded her in death.
Surviving is a brother, Gary Bonsant and his wife Susan of Augusta and a nephew Matt Bonsant of Augusta.
At her request, there will be no public visiting hours and no public funeral service. Burial will be in St. Augustine Cemetery in Augusta at a later date.
