Mrs. Craig died Friday night at the Evergreen Nursing Home where she had been a patient since oct. 16, she had been ill a long time.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Stanley (Marion) Bennett of Pineville; four sons, William and Albert of Pulaski, Clifford of Clay and Roy Craig of Watertown; two brothers, Winant Smith of Orwell (now of Lakeland Fla.) and Francis Smith of Florence; 10 grand-children and five great grand-children.
Mrs. Craig was born in the Town of Albion on Jan. 14, 1894, the daughter of Frank and Jennie Miller Smith.
She was married to Frank Craig on Feb. 11, 1913, whose death occurred Aug. 13, 1948.
She resided at Pineville all her life where her husband conducted a grocery store. She continued the business after her husband's death until ill health prevented. She was a life member of Russell Tryon American Legion Auxiliary.
