PNEUMONIA TAKES THREE

Infants Succumb to Disease Sunday and Monday
Despite the modern treatment of pneumonia which is usually effective, three infants have succumbed to the disease in El Reno and Concho this week. They were Antonio Alaniz, 9 months old Mexican infant of Mr. and Mrs. Emillio Alaniz, 1200 West Penn, Gloria Two Babies, six - months - old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Two Babies of Canton and Dillard Lee Daugherty, two-months-old son of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Daugherty, 621 West Hayes.

The Mexican infant died Sunday al a local sanitarium. Funeral rites were conducted Monday at the El Reno cemetery by Father Victor Van Dunne. The Indian child died Monday at the Concho hospital. Funeral riles were conducted Tuesday afternoon at Canton by Rev. Parker Reid and interment was made in the Canton cemetery.

The Daugherty infant died Sunday at the home of his parents. In addition to these he leaves his four grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Daugherty of El Reno and Mr. and Mrs. Swarb of Maud. Funeral rites were conducted Tuesday afternoon from the Pentecostal church by Rev. B. G. Edmundson and interment was made in the Calumet cemetery.
