Rosa Lee Herring
MOULTRIE Rosa Lee Herring, 86, of Moultrie died Nov. 14, 2005, at Brownwood Nursing Home.
The funeral will be held at Union Missionary Baptist Church 2 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 22, with the Rev. Herbert Herring officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Pavo with deacons and trustees of Union Missionary Baptist Church serving as pallbearers.
She was born Nov. 6, 1919, in Doerun, Georgia to the late John Johnson and Annie Johnson née Flowers.
Survivors include one aunt, Aurie B. Flowers of Cairo; two cousins, the Rev. Henry Flowers Jr. and wife Ann of Cairo and Charlotte Sinquefield Chambers of Orlando; brother-in-laws, Elven Herring and wife Christine of Thomasville and Andrew Herring of Geneva, N.Y.; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
