Born on July 17, 1938, in York, she was the daughter of the late Martha Jane (Beard) and Karl E. Stubbs, Sr. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister, who will be deeply missed. Sandra leaves to cherish her memory, five children and their families, Darlene Redcay, Harold Whitcomb, David Whitcomb, Ronald Whitcomb, Melissa Freed; fourteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two siblings, Ronald Stubbs, Karl Stubbs, Jr., and a host of family. Services are private. Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc., is entrusted with the family.
