Andy was the son of Nathan and Lucinda Boshers Prior of Lawrence Co, TN. He married Margarett Hollingsworth in Hardin Co on August 29, 1867. They moved to Grayson Co, TX bet. 1870 and 1880 and had 7 children. By 1900 only one child, Myrtle, survived. Myrtle married Austin Corbett and they moved to Mannsville Oklahoma.
