In Hornellsville, N. Y., Nov. 23, 1886, quite suddenly, of pneumonia, Mrs. Cordelia Hartshorn Maxson, relict of the late Doctor Luke G. Maxson. Mrs. Maxson was a woman of remarkably sweet Christian character. She was a most valuable member of the Woman's Christian Temperance Union, in Hornellsville in which as in many other places of usefulness, she will be much missed. Her funeral was largely attended, Nov. 26th, at the Baptist Church of which she was a member.
