ATHENS -- Tisha Lynn Abolt, 24, died April 8 from injuries in an auto accident on April 7, 2000.
She was born in Salem, Ore., and was a resident of Athens for seven years. She received a bachelor's and a master's degree from the University of Georgia. She had worked at SunTrust Bank in Savannah and Charter Hospital in Athens. She was a graduate of St. Vincent's Academy and Nativity of Our Lord Catholic School in Savannah.
SURVIVORS: her parents, Russ and Diane Abolt of Savannah; three sisters, Tina Crandall and Tiffani Abolt, both of California, and Tamiko Hopper of Florida; her maternal grandparents, Grady and Judy Burks of Oklahoma; and her paternal grandparents, Charles and Louise Abolt of Florida.
MEMORIAL MASS: 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church on Wilmington Island.
GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 10 a.m. Saturday in Rest Haven Memorial Garden in Oklahoma City.
