Mary was buried in the Atterberry Cemetery, per oral family tradition. Her partial headstone was found by me and my mother, Ruth Elgelina Atterbery Hollings during a trip to Monroe County, MO. This included an insite analysis of the remainder of the Atterbery Cemetery, which was in very poor condition. The cemetery did not have a protective fence of any kind and livestock was able to knock over or damage remaining headstones.
