She loved to sit on her porch and chat with passersby, and everyone enjoyed talking with her. She was devoted to her family.
She is survived by her husband, Bob DiTusa, co-owner of Jamesport Hardware; her children, Denise Alveari and Randy Alveari; her grandchildren, Ashley, Jacqueline and Alani; her aunt, Shirley Daglian; and her cousin, Carol Romano.
Services were held at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Bethpage, NY. A funeral Mass was held at St. Martin of Tours R.C. Church, Bethpage, NY followed by interment at St. Charles Cemetery in East Farmingdale.
