Mrs. Elizabeth Maria Kop-
pelaar, 61, of St. Peters-
burg, Fla., died Wednesday
morning, July 30, at the home
of her daughter, Mrs. A.
Charles Allen in Richlands
following a long illness.
Born in Rotterdam, Holland,
Mrs. Koppelaar had been a
resident of the United States
for the past 20 years. She
was a retired registered
nurse and was a former employee
of the Reading, Pa. General
Hospital and was a member of
the Sun Coast Bible Church in
St. Petersburg.
Surviviors, other than Mrs.
Allen, include her husband,
Jacob Daniel Koppelaar; one
additional daughter, Mrs.
Louise Zinkann of Bradenton,
Fla.; one step-brother, Peter
Huesen of Reading and five
grandchildren.
Funeral services were con-
ducted Saturday at the First
Baptist Church in Richlands
with Rev. Fred Tobelman of-
ficiating. Burial followed
in Hankins Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Jack Howard,
James Cole, Bill Keene, Walker
Conn, Lance Luttrell, Ranny
Blackburn, James Smith and
Covo Gardner.
Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in
Richlands was in charge of
arrangements.
