The parents names are just slightly off:
"Anthen" not Albert Manis, and mother "Mary" when actually it is MARTHA Rimer...
And death cert gives "Johnson City, Tenn." (which is in Washington County) as place of birth not Hawkins County.
Name of the husband is correct
The Informant is "Thelma Delph" of Virginia (I think that is what it says)
