Willis Charles McDonald of Slidell, LA passed away on Saturday, March 20, 1993 at his residence at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Schaneville McDonald, father of Paul G. McDonald, Kevin S. McDonald and the late Wayne J. McDonald. Son of the late John Matthew and Stella Schaefer McDonald. Beloved brother of Bertha Scharsenstein and Robert Schaneville. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Slidell, LA for the past 40 years. An attorney for over 50 years majoring as a Municipal Bond Attorney. Member of the National, State of Louisiana, Parish of Jefferson, Orleans,& St. Tammany Bar Associations and an Alumnus of the Loyal School of Law, N.O., LA; Past Grand Exalted Ruler of B.P.O.E.; member of the New Orleans Lodge No 30 B.P.O.E.; Elder of the Presbyterian Church; veteran of W.W. II in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Coast Guard.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services from Honaker Funeral Home on March 23, 1993 at 11 a.m. Interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
