Pearl M. Putt, 92, of Rensselaer, passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2002, at the Jasper County Hospital AlternaCare in Rensselaer.
She was born November 2, 1909 in Goodland to George and Mary (Eck) Putt.
Pearl was a graduate of Goodland High School and received her teaching degree from Indiana University. She was a retired school teacher, having taught at the Hanging Grove Township School in Rensselaer.
She was a member of the St. Augustine Church of Rensselaer.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 26 from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the Jackson Funeral Chapel in Rensselaer.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 26 at the St. Augustine Catholic Church, with Father Leonard Kostka officiating.
Burial will follow at the Goodland Cemetery.
