Richard, 89, was called home Wednesday, August 31, 2022, to join his wife Kathleen. Richard spent his life serving his Country and his Community. He served in the United States Army, served as a Police officer for the Borough of Steelton, and the Borough of Penbrook. Richard served as a U.S.. Marshal, and spent many years as an Adult Probation and Parole officer for Dauphin County, which he retired from in 2004. Richard is survived by 5 children: (names removed ), 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
