Gary Alan Markham of Wesley Chapel Florida went to be with the Lord Friday May 10, 2013. Gary was at home with Hospice care and surrounded by his loving family.
Gary was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on July 21, 1954 to Allen and Margaret Markham. At the age of 14 he moved with his parents to Clearwater, Florida from Bloomington, IN. Gary graduated from Clearwater High and St. Petersburg Junior College. Gary was President and CEO of "Outdoor Structures of Florida" with multiple locations. He enjoyed the daily challenge of the business. However, his greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family.
Gary is survived by his mother Margaret Markham, sister Tana (Bill) Sample, niece Tara Kreiger, nephews Treyton and Tyler Kreiger all residing in Tennessee. Gary also was a father to his son Trevor Markham, daughters Tiffany and Jennifer Markham and grandfather to Emily all residing in Florida. He had many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father Allen Markham.
Gary was greatly loved and will be sadly missed.
Graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday May 16, 2013 at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
