The horror crash happened on the M5 motorway, near Taunton, in Somerset, on January 22 2009, when the Renault Scenic that Bailey was traveling in, driven by a family friend, left the southbound carriageway, and went into a ditch.

Three-year-old Bailey died instantly, others in the car, including Bailey's sister, and brother, suffered a catalogue of horrifying injuries. Bailey had lived with her family in Coventry, West Midlands.

Bailey died aged 3 years.
