Luster Shaw Looney, 94, of 107 Cutoff, died Tuesday at her home.

Mrs. Looney was a homemaker and the widow of Elmer "Bud" Looney.

She was a member of Chapel Church of God of Prophecy.

She was a daughter of the late Dave and Kitty Bowman Shaw and was preceded in death by her son: Guyman Looney; five brothers: Earl Shaw, Ira Shaw, Harry Shaw, Hobert Shaw, and Lee Shaw; and three sisters: Nora Davis, Nola Johnson, and an infant, Flossie Shaw.

Survivors include her daughter-in-law: Frances Looney of Greeneville; three grandchildren and their spouses: Mike and Mary Looney, Wilma and Frank Shipley, and Revonda and Carroll Kiker, all of Greeneville; three great- grandchildren: Misty Taylor, Staci Shipley, and Beth Ann Kiker; two stepgreat- grandsons: Daniel Shelton and Will Shelton; a great-great-granddaughter: Megan Taylor; a brother: Vern Shaw of Greeneville; several nieces and nephews; three sisters-in-law: Roxie Wexler, Maggie Higgins, and Faye Shaw; a brother-in-law: William "Boss" Looney; and three special caregivers: Karan Norton, Tonya Ramsey, and Annie Jennings.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at Kiser Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Neal McGill will officiate.

Interment will follow in River Hill Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Johnny Blake, Raymond Blake, Randy Ricker, Denver Shaw, Howard Shaw, Bobby Combs, Jim Looney, and Frank Blake.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Rev. Clyde E. Ricker, Tony Johnson, and Hansel Ray.
