She was born April 5, 1934 in Forsyth County to Jack Clifton and Mary Eliza Boyles Tucker.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank William Holt.
Surviving are two daughters, Kathy Sue Holt and Joyce Holt Tuttle; two sons, Donald Eugene Holt Sims and Charles Clayton Holt; eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren; two sisters, Pauline Kapp and Ruth Bennett; a special friend, Donna Henley.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m., Friday, October 11th. at Slate Funeral Home in King.
A graveside service will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Volunteer Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
