Mrs. Wilcutt was born March 2, 1918 in Knoxville, Iowa.
She was Married to Otis Wilcutt September 6, 1938 at Christian Church Parson age in Knoxville. They had four children, Charlene, Judy, Kathy, and Charles
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Otis in 1970 and two sisters.
Those surviving her are her children Mrs. Max (Charlene) Shannon of Monroe, Mrs. Dick (Judy) Steenhoek, Las Vegas, Nevada, Mrs. Leonard (Kathy) Palmer of Knoxville,Mr.Charles Wilcutt of Knoxville, 7 grandchildren and 2 sisters;Frances
Devine of Des Moines and Colleen Bittenbender of Carlisle.
