His death certificate #23 11 says he died at 11:00 p.m. on Jan. 3, 1917, in the city of Lebanon, Kentucky of pneumonia, from which he was ill for nine days. His physician, Dr. T. F. Cleaver of Lebanon, Kentucky said he had attended him since Christmas Day, 1916. The informant for his death certificate #2311, Jas. Caldwell, of Lebanon, Kentucky said that William B. was a single retired farmer. Kearns & Smith Funeral Home of Lebanon, Kentucky was in charge of arrangements for his burial here on Jan. 3, 1917.
