Kyle James Newsome, our beloved and precious son, and brother, who had brought so much joy and happiness to our family, passed away September 24, 1997, after a very courageous fight with Leukemia. Kyle being victorious, by being free at last.

Kyle was born December 1, 1983, Salt Lake City to Shawn and Linda Newsome. Kyle is an avid Bulls fan, and a member of the Junior Jazz Basketball Program. Kyle attended Eastmont Junior High School.

Survivors: Parents; sister, Amber; brother, Dave; Grandfathers, Glen D. Newsome, and Gene W. Chow. Kyle is preceded in death by his grandmothers, and uncles. He is loved and will be missed by many aunts, uncles cousins and friends.

Funeral services Saturday, September 27th, 2 p.m. at the Ashley Park Ward Chapel, 10131 Ashley Park Drive (2130 E.) Sandy, where friends and family may call one hour prior to services. Interment Larkin Sunset Gardens.

Kyle and his family would like to give a special thanks to the medical staff and caregivers at both the Primary Children's Medical Center and the University of Utah Medical Center.
