Anna Margaret Ambrose was born on January 23, 1915, in Masontown, Fayette, Pennsylvania. Daughter of James William Ambrose and Anna Theresa Grasinger, she was the sister of John Thomas, James William Jr., Robert Vincent, Rose Marie (Sister M. Catherine, IHM), and Julia "Jewel." According to the 1950 US Census, Anna was living with her mother and brohter, John, and was employed as a manager in a drug store near or in Masontown. Anna was married twice, her first husband was Louis R. Moliterno, Jr., and they were the parents of two children: Louis James and Anita Ann. She remarried William Henry McCann in 1956. Anna died in September of 1980 in her hometown, and was buried in Greendale Cemetery, Masontown, PA.
