The Macon County, Tennessee native was an employee of Holley Carburetor, a veteran of World War II, a member of Neal Masonic Lodge No. 833 F&AM and a mamber of Order of Eastern Star Lodge No. 508.

Survivors include his wife, Glyn Johnson England;

a daughter Freida May of Bowling Green;

a son Terryl England of Treasure Island, FL.;

three brothers, Cordell England of Manchester, TN., Willard England of Bowling Green and Leon England of Little Rock, AR.;

two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
