Miss Goude, 31, In Georgetown
Georgetown, Nov. 2 --- (Special) --- Miss Mamie Virginia Goude, 31, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter D. Goude, of the Pleasant Hill section of Georgetown County, died Tuesday night in a Hemingway hospital after an illness of several days.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday from Pleasant Hill Baptist Church by the Rev. N., H. Cribb, the Rev. E. S. Finklea, Jr., and the Rev. H. B. Jones. Burial will be in the churchyard.
Miss Goude was born in the Pleasant Hill section of Georgetown County and spent all of her life in that section. She was a daughter of Walter D. and Mrs. Mamie Owens Goude.
Survivors, besides her parents, are her maternal grandfather, S. A. Owens, of near Hemingway, and a number of uncles and aunts.
