Mrs. Lizzie B. Stauffer, sixty-five, widow of Isaac A. Stauffer, died unexpectedly at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the Neffsville Brethren Home where she was a guest for approximately three and one half years. Death was due to a coronary heart disease, according to Dr. Charles P. Stahr, deputy coroner. She was the daughter of the late Amos and Alice Becker Heisey and a member of the Manheim Church of the Brethren. Surviving is one daughter, Anna, wife of Abram Henry, Elizabethtown R3; a step son, Homer Stauffer, Lancaster RD; and a step daughter, Mrs. Wayne Hottenstein, Lancaster R8. Six grandchildren and three sisters also survive: Mrs. Titus White and Mrs. Oliver Rohrer, both of Manheim R1; and Mrs. Enos Hoffer, Manheim R2. (Lancaster New Era - Jan 7, 1949)
