A Memorial Service is planned for Friday, Aug. 30, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Mentor Methodist Church, 8600 Mentor Ave, Mentor.

A military burial for Cory, his father Tom and mother Ruth, will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, Sept. 20, 2013 at Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman. Arrangements were handled by Blessing Cremation Center.
