Max, returned home with his wife Daphne, and daughter Shirlee. They settled In the Maxam homestead, on the Whitaker Road In Fulton. Norman, worked at The Sealright. They had three more daughters Geraldine "Gerrie", Maxine, and Lynda. After a few years the couple decided Daphne, would return to Australia with Maxine, and Lynda. Gerrie, and Shirlee stayed with their father. He never remarried. He was a New York Yankee fan. He loved Baseball, softball, bowling; and was a member of many teams. He was well read on our nations wild west, and would read 6-7 books a week; he would exhaust a library and move to another ever looking for new books. He left Fulton with his daughters, and moved to Ohio, Pennsylvania, and eventually he wound up In California. He passed on July 26, 1967 in Torrance, California, at only 45 years old. His daughters brought him home.
He is sadly missed by his former wife, daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
