Mary Mattie Moore was the daughter of Richard F. and Mary Elizabeth P. (Buckman) Moore. Mattie was the granddaughter of John and Mary Ann (Hardesty) Moore and William and Malinda (Shircliffe) Buckman.

Bosley & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for her burial at Our Lady of the Hills Cemetery on Aug. 23, 1951.
