MONTOURSVILLE -- Josephine M. Beyer, 91, Danville, died Saturday evening, Jan 1, 2000, at the Valley View Nursing Home, Montoursville, where she had lived since 1997.
Born in Ashley, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Anna (Murray) Moran.
Se was a resident of Danville for more than 70 years.
Mrs. Beyer was a homemaker and enjoyed flower gardening.
She is survived by a son, Thomas Beyer, of Montoursville, a daughter Mary Jane "Sue" Schreck, of Williamsport; seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Beyer, who died in 1986 after 61 years of marriage; a son, Curtis Beyer; a brother, Thomas Moran and four sisters; Florence Dennison, Loretta Patterson, Ruth Gould and Anna Caffrey.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.. at the David J. Brady Funeral Home, 320 Church St., Danville.
Burial will be follow in Elan Memorial Park, Lime Ridge, PA.
There will b no viewing.
