The certificate says he was a male, white, married farmer aged 22 years, two months, and 29 days. He was the son of Jim William and Evia (sic) (Buckman) Benningfield. The informant was his father who listed his address as Finley, Kentucky. The undertaker was C. U. Bosley of Lebanon, Kentucky. He was buried at Our Lady of the Hills Cemetery on Jan. 5, 1917.
