Erik David Donston, 6, of West Alexander RD2 died at 12 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, 1988, at Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh, from injuries sustained as a result of an accident at his home.
Born September 2, 1981, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of David M. and Carol A. Clutter Donston.
Erik was a member of the West Alexander United Methodist Church and was in the kindergarten class at Claysville Elementary School.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are one sister, Heather D. Donston; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Agnes Donston of West Alexander RD2; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Clutter of West Alexander, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be Friday, April 1, from 2:00 to 4:00 in the Ferrell Funeral Home, 219 Main Street, Claysville, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 2, with the Rev. Bertram Domineck officiating. Internment will be in West Alexander Cemetery.
