Mr. Ellis retired from Anna Marie College in Paxton where he served as a maintenance engineer and enjoyed life. Dick was a member of the Guidinglights Lodge of Masons, Eureka Royal Arch Chapter, Hiram Council Royal and Select Master Masons as a Past Master, Worcester County Commandry #5 Knights Templar, Alethia Grotto and Stella Chapter Order of Eastern Star. Dick enjoyed traveling and camping with his motorhome. He enjoyed his time with his family and good friends.
The funeral service was held in Concordia Lutheran Church, 86 Murray Ave. Burial was in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. was in charge of arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
Dick and his family were neighbors of ours for years. He was a wonderful man who thought the world of his family and was very involved with them. He is greatly missed.
