A court officer for the Hamilton County Criminal Court for 17 years, he was a member of Hill City Lodge 603 F&AM for over 40 years and Alhambra Shrine. He was also a member of New Salem Baptist Church and worked for Red Food Store for 18 years. Survivors include his wife, Etta Sanders Cobb, Soddy-Daisy; son, Charlie Cobb; two brothers, Leslie W. and Charles W. Cobb; two sisters, Mildred and Rosanell Phillips, all of Chattanooga; two grandchildren...."
