Theressa B. Toliver Beazley, a faithful servant of God, left this earthly home for a heavenly resting place where she will reside until the coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was born the second of four daughters to the late Gail and Mary Ann Toliver.

Mother Beazley was raised and educated in the Mt. Zion community. She believed children to be a gift from God and was blessed to be the mother of seven (five sons and two daughters). Her devotion to her children and her love of God was evident not only in her words but also in her deeds. She displayed a steadfast commitment to God and to His church as she faithfully served as a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church until her death.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Napolean Lewis Beazley; two sisters, Hattie Lee Toliver and Etta Mae Toliver; one son, Lewis Ray Beazley; one grandson, Napoleon DeBrau Beazley; and one great great grandson, Carlos Beazley.

Left to honor and cherish the memories of Mother Beazley are her sister, Mae Ruth Curvey; her children, Clyde (Evelyn)Beazley, Edward Lee McDaniel, Ireland (Rena) Beazley, Lawrence (Linda) Beazley, Cynthia (Dale) Turner and Hattie (Gilbert) Williams; 20 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; a very special niece, Opal Washington and a host of other relatives and friends.
