JOSEPH STADTMUELLER LAID AT REST
Funeral Largely Attended
Much sorrow was caused last Saturday when the news was spread that Joseph J. Stadtmueller, one of the most popular young farmers in this vicinity had passed away. Deceased was only twenty-eight years & 6 months old. Although he had been ailing for some time, his condition became serious only 3 weeks ago. Last week it was deemed advisible to take him to the Egg Harbor Hospital, but he grew steadily worse and died on Saturday.
Funeral services were held from his late home on Duerer Street on Tueday morning and at St. Nicholas Catholic Church. Members of the BV Sodality, which deceased was a member acted as pall bearers. Interment took place in the City cemetery.
