ROBERT W. CLARK, 92, of Deland, Fla., formerly of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2013. Born July 15, 1920, he was a son of the late Pierce and Laverne (Hoover) Clark. He was a Lieutenant in the Air Force as a pilot during World War II. He later worked as a railroad conductor for Con Rail before retiring in 1981. He enjoyed flying planes until he was 80 years old and boating. Surviving family include his sons, Douglas (Mary) Clark, S. Jim (Amy) Clark, Kevin B. (Kathy) Clark, and Kim (Maria) Clark; grandchildren, Sheila Bear, Dawn Will, Heather Twomey, Kirt and Tom Clark, Jennifer Hall, Lori Comer, Kody, Katie, Kippy, Kloee, and Garrett Clark; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He was also preceded in passing by his "little sweetie" of 68 years, Marjorie Clark. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Saturday, June 29, 2013, at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, Fort Wayne, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 28, 2013, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, Tavares, Fla. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park
