Donald R. Addis, 67, of 4009 Kanawha Turnpike, South Charleston, died Sept. 28, 1989, in Thomas Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II and Vietnam War.
He was a retired welder from Union Carbide. He was a member of VFW.
Surviving: brother, Phillip of Culloden; sisters, Betty Kitchen of Ravenswood, Barbara Merritt of South Charleston.

ADDIS, Donald R. -- Service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Snodgrass. Funeral Home, South Charleston, with the Rev. Terry Jobst officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
