June Maner, 5-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T.A. Maner of Williamsfield, died of diphtheria this morning at 5:30 o'clock. Her death occurred here at St. Mary's hospital, where she had been brought at 7 o'clock Monday evening.
Commital services will be held in the Williamsfield cemetery at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning, it was understood here today.
This made two child deaths in Williamsfield families, occurring here within three days. The infant daughter, Irene Elizabeth, of Mr. and Mrs. John Hopkins, died at St. Mary's Sunday evening as reported in yesterday's Register-Mail, and her funeral was this morning.
