Mr. Barnhart was a resident of Foulk Manor North, Wilmington, Delaware. Jack was the first born to Thomas Henry Barnhart, Sr. and Florence Helen (Reilly) Barnhart. He was a retired accountant.
He is survived by his wife, Bertha (Crowther) Barnhart; brothers, Harold Maxwell and Ralph Earl Barnhart; a sister, Ruth Marie Cumbo; sister-in-law, Rose Barnhart; and several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by four siblings, Thomas Henry Barnhart (1917), Betty Jane Barnhart (1921), Kenneth Tobias Barnhart (1931), Mary Lou Mehlhouse (2001); and a brother-in-law Joseph G. Cumbo (2001).
