Marion L. "Boots" Roesser, 82, of 11 Melrose Place, New Bremen, died at 9:55 a.m. Friday, Oct. 29,2004, at the joint Township District Memorial Hospital. he was born May 21, 1922 in Sidney, a son of Lee and Bessie (Sturm) Roesser, and they preceded him in death.

On Dec, 4, 1959 he married Josephine P. Gillen, and she survives him. He is survived by a daughter, Judy (James) Hulbert of Maryville, Tenn.; a son Dale Roesser of Sidney; four grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. Five brothers and three sisters preceded him in death.

He was a retired foreman from Crown Control and retired in 1992 after 19 years of service.
Grave-side services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday with the

Rev. Harold McKnight officiating. Burial will be at Cedar Point Cemetery in Pasco,there will be no visitation Cromes Funeral, of Sidney is in charge of the arrangements.
