Mrs. Mahalia Hattie Adkins, 50, wife of Willard H. Adkins Sr., of 1919 Walker Ave. died Friday at her home, after a sudden seizure.
Funeral will be 2 p.m.. Monday at Hanes-Lineberry Vanstory Street Chapel, where the family will see friends 7-9 p.m. today.
Survivors are husband; daughters, Misses Deloris Ann and Betty Ann Adkins of the home; sons, Willard H. Adkins Jr. of the home and David Upchurch of Saluda, S.C.; sisters, Mrs Virginia taylor of Greensboro, Mrs. Thelma Thomas of Mount Airy and Mrs. Fatha Hundley of Eden; brothers, Wayne, Ralph, Foster, Boyd and Kemper Upchurch and father, William W. Upchurch, all of Greensboro.
