Maddisen Wilks was a beautiful 12 year old girl who passed away May 3rd. She was involved in an auto accident that took her precious life away too soon.

Funeral arrangements have been scheduled and a memorial fund has been created for Maddisen Nichole Wilks, 12, who was killed in a car crash in Whittier on Friday. Maddisen's funeral will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday at Morningstar Christian Chapel, 16241 Leffingwell Road, Whittier, CA 90603.
"The Lowell Joint family, especially Rancho-Starbuck and Macy Elementary families are very saddened to hear of the loss of Maddisen," Lowell Joint School District Superintendent Patricia Howell said on Monday. "Our thoughts and prayers are with Maddisen's family and friends during this difficult time," she said.
Maddisen attended kindergarten through sixth grade at Macy Elementary and was in her first year at Rancho-Starbuck.
