Florette 'FiFi' Abbott, 101
SCARBOROUGH -- Scarborough's oldest resident died peacefully at The Gosnell Hospice House in Scarborough on May 7, 2012.
A proud woman, she lived the final days of her life on her own terms.
Memories of FiFi reside in the souls of her sister, Lorraine McIntosh; her granddaughter, Stacey Abbott, and her beloved three grandsons, Tucker, Sayler and Sullivan Conley.
She cherished her house on Higgins Beach, along with her dog Max, who now romps the woods in Eustis.
Despite the loss of her only son and grandson, her will to live life was evident to all who knew her.
