She was born Dec 10, 1913, in Rochester, the daughter of Thomas and Josephine (Lavalee) Dugas and a lifelong resident Rochester.
She was a retired shoe worker, a former member of the Royal Order of Moose Auxiliary.
Survivors include: two sisters, Lena Foster of Rochester and Beatrice Cornelia of Dover; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her husband, Anthony St.Jean who died in 1978 and by two brothers, Eugene Dugas who died in 1989 and Conrad Dugas who died in 1977.
A Mass of Christian burial was held Tuesday, Dec 15, 1997, at St. Mary's Church in Rochester. Burial will be in the spring at Holy Rosary Cemetery, also in Rochester.
