Wilma Kuhlemeier, age 76 of Temple died Thursday, April 4, 2013 in a local hospital. She was born May 16, 1936 in Enid, OK. to George and Wilma Irene (Buchanan) Weber. She was raised by H.W. "Hank" Henry.

Wilma married Charles Ruel Kuhlemeier in Enid, OK on September 28, 1957. She was Presbyterian. She was very involved with her church and was a co-owner of K & K Sporting Goods in Lovington New Mexico for many years. She has lived in the Temple area for the past 4 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles in 2010, her parents, her infant son Henry Charles, her infant daughter Susan and her brother Lester Bert Weber.

She is survived by her son Kevin Kuhlemeier of Lubbock, her 2 daughters Kay Bjornen of Bartlesville, OK and Dawn Pechal of Temple, her sister Juanita Burgin of Kansas, 5 grandchildren Paul, Joel, Bethany, Lindsey and Katie and 1 great-grandchild Mya.

Hank Henry was Willma's step-father.

Wilma loved her family and she loved picking pecans! She couldn't stand to see pecans left on the ground. Even when under doctors orders not to do so, she was "caught" picking pecans so she could make spiced pecans. She also loved to give Chex mix a kick by adding cayenne pepper. She was a kind and caring woman.
