James Fry, 23 months old son of Mrs. Katherine Hatch Fry, Fulton-Volney. Center road, died last Wednesday night, November 4, 1953 in Lee Memorial hospital within a short time after he had been admitted. The cliild's death was attributed to poisoning and it was reported he might have obtained some rat poison. An autopsy report is scheduled. The baby was born at Lacona, the son of the late Roy Fry and Mrs. Katherine Hatch Fry. He is survived by his mother; a sister, Betty Lou and a brother John Andrew. Mrs. Fry is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Hatch. A service was conducted Saturday. Burial was in Mt. Adnah emetery
