Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Esther Rogers, 67, were held Friday afternoon, December 14, from the Methodist Church at 5:30 o'clock. Mrs. Rogers, at the time of her death which resulted from pneumonia, was residing with her daughter, Mrs. W. F. Decker, in Wellington and had many friends in this city.

She was born in Georgia on November 5, 1867, and died December 14, 1934, at the age of 67 years, one month and nine days. She moved from Georgia at the age of three years to make her home in Minden, LA and resided there until she was 21 years of age, when she moved to Terrell, Texas. There she married R. S. Rogers, who was engaged in the cattle business. Mrs. Decker was the only chld. Mrs. Rogers continued t live at Terrell until she moved to Wellington in 1920.

Mrs. Rogers is survived by her daughter, Mrs. W. F. Decker of Wellington; brother, J.W. Roper of Dallas; brother, D. E. Roper of Beaumont; brother, John Roper of Sibley, LA; brother, Clarence Roper of Bullard, TX; also two grandchildren, Fred Decker, Jr., and Robert Leon Decker.
