NEW EGYPT -- Rodney R Barrick, 59, husband of Mrs Ruth Nixon Barrick of 20 West Main Street, Wrightstown, died yesterday. He was born in Newport, Pa., son of the late George and Lettie [sic] Munmiller [sic] Barrick. He was a painting contractor and a resident of Wrightstown for 13 years.
Surviving in addition to his wife are six children: Kenneth Barrick of Bustleton, Pa., Mrs Janet Lynch of St Louis, Mo., Mrs Celoa Garrand of Wrightstown and the Misses Nancy, Faye and Edith Roberta Barrick of Wrightstown; a sister, Mrs Bertha Smith of Newport, and a brother Charles F Barrick of Philadelphia.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Thompson Funeral Home, Brindletown Road, with the Rev J E Purdy, of the Episcopal Church, officiating. Interment will be in Jacobstown Cemetery.
